A complete streaming platform with web, mobile, and smart-TV applications, a custom protected video player, and an end-to-end encoding and delivery stack.
Co-founded the platform and led its technology development, covering video processing, content delivery, and the viewing experience across devices.
Built the encoding, streaming, and delivery stack with .NET, Node.js, Python, and customized FFmpeg. CDN automation included origin warming to prepare content for delivery.
Built applications for iOS, Android, and multiple smart-TV platforms in React Native, alongside a Next.js and Tailwind web application. The custom HTML5 video player integrated Widevine and FairPlay DRM to protect premium content.
The work included hiring and leading five developers and coordinating external development partners.
